We manufacture a regional trademarked product in an end-to-end process – from the arable crop to the finished ham.

Three farmers
Vulcano farmer Franz Habel has been manager of the Vulcano company since 2000.
Vulcano farmer Markus Fuchs is a member of the firm and responsible for technical matters.
